6. How can I edit my booking?
Changes to your booking can be made directly on your online estimate. You can also reach us directly over the phone or email. For faster response get in touch over Messenger or SMS.
7. How do I communicate with my Troopers?
Right after you confirm your booking one of our friendly client care associates will reach out to over email and text. As we get closer to the day of your move a Trooper in charge of your move will reach out for all the essential information.
8. Can I tip my Troopers?
We don’t expect it but if your Troopers do a great job and you want to thank them for going above and beyond, we always appreciate the gesture.
9. Will Troopers help me pack and disassemble/reassemble my furniture?
Yes, absolutely. Just give us a heads up before you book so you can get accurate estimates and we bring the right tools on moving day.
10. What happens if an item is damaged during my move?
We always use the best guards and methods to keep your belongings safe. Nonetheless, accidents can happen. If anything gets damaged our first approach is to get it fixed by a professional. In the case where an item cannot be fixed, we will replace the item for you.
